Please use this thread to indicate any promotions or demotions between your 40 man roster and active 25 man roster. Moves that are not recorded here will not be allowed on your ESPN roster and will result in a loss of stats for players that are not recorded here correctly.
When recording a demotion, please indicate the number of options said player still has after the demotion occurs.

Move up Ian Hamilton form minors to 40man In the future, these types of moves should be recorded on the 40 man add section as Promotion/Demotion section pertains to in season 40 man roster transactions to and from the active 25 man roster..Thanks all!!! |
