Phillies - Only 25 players on roster

Dbacks - 14 pitchers (13 allowed); Brandon Bielak sent down

Blue Jays - empty spot in starting lineup

Mariners - Mike Clevinger in starting lineup (on IL)

Twins - Juan Yepez in MilB


Penalties:
- Guardians has forfeited his 2024 4th round pick as a result of continued and blatant roster violations, paired with unresponsiveness to messages and warnings. If there is no change by next Sunday, a harsher penalty will be considered

- If Twins does not correct roster violation by next week, they will also forfeit a future draft pick. They have been in violation for more than 6 weeks this season, including a continued violation from last week that has not been corrected

*any team in danger of receiving a penalty for their roster violations will also be contacted directly by a mod, and given at least (1) week to correct the violation
