Hmm...mine isn't loading up. Usually I'm able to change it to an Excel file and then filter everything I want. Now it won't even load up as a google sheets file

So the rule wasn't clarified but Ty France is showing on my 40. He also has a service time listed of .001 but he's never had any MLB action so that should be 0. I added him to my MiLB. He was on Nationals 40 but dropped and never had a MLB at bat, and cleared waivers, so I believe it's okay to put him on my MiLB. Can someone verify?
EDIT: Disregard. Didn't see Mariners verified it. The service time should still be set at 0 though. Although he did get called up today so maybe it doesn't matter.
