I have to say that is the wording used for international players in this draft. The problem is that the IFA July 2nd date is just the start date of when it begins, not the date that everyone signs necessarily. I think for the future it should be reworded. We use July 2 because that's the start of the next IFA class so to speak. I never liked how it was worded either. To be honest I left that to other mods because I didnt have the best grasp on the whole IFA thing in real life so i deferred to others. I understand we have to differentiate between Kenta Maeda and Borejon. If i recall correctly last year you could pick guys that werent signed yet but if they werent signed by the end of the year they would become FAs Right. I was victim of that when Hector Olvera didnt sign. But that was our initial draft that was held in November or whatever. He didnt sign before July 2, thus I lost him. I am open to editing the wording to make it more clear. |
