It is with mixed emotions that I announce the following trade:
Indians will receive Jose Altuve Hou 2B, Eduardo Escobar Min SS/3B, Kolby Allard, Atl SP $9M in 2016 and pick 55
White Sox receive Francisco Lindor Cle SS, Rougned Odor Tex 2B, Jose Berrios Min P and pick 34
Tough to sell the young middle infielder tandem of Lindor and Odor who are cheap, but getting the #1 fantasy player doesn't come by very often. Escobar has a had a great year and if he can be close to what he has done I will be in great shape, if not, I have Semien to man SS. Escobar also helps me with the oft injured Freese and Lowrie tandem.
Not excited about giving up Berrios, but I have a pretty good staff and hope that Allard can be worth something in 3 years.
