I'm very pleased with this deal.  The main push was for me to offload some salary without completely rebuilding my team.  Matt gets a couple of veteran players and a good overall pick and I get back some younger guys that have a bit to prove (but don't cost as much).  Thanks for the easy negotiations!!!  Good luck to you this year, Arizona.

A question for the mods to consider:

Since Segura is an upcoming V player and needs to be signed before the end of the day tomorrow, and since Matt is being completely up front with the fact that he plans to flip Segura immediately, would it be appropriate to ask for an extension on his signing until the final owner accepts said trade?
