part of my plan to add legit bats , and I am interested to see what value cano will/ or could have next year 

i am concerned kipnis will will move to outfield full time and needed better production anyway

Mariners accept. I think baseball in general is undervaluing Cano right now (somewhat rightfully so), but he did hit .317 after coming back from injury and roids last year. I didn't get the top 100 guy I was looking for in return, but feel like there was a whole wealth of value here. Swanson has looked like ass for 2 years in a row, but he was the 1st overall pick at one point. Funky is a decent pitching spec, Rodgers could be a starting C, and Rios is an interesting 1B spec. Thanks for the deal here Jays
