I asked about Merrifield about a month ago and he was unavailable at that time. Really like his multiple position versatility and overall game. He is older and was a very late bloomer, but he should be able to secure 2B down for me for 3-4 years I hope. I like Swaggerty also, but i still have a bunch of OF prospects I like so that made him expendable. thanks for the deal Mike.

Orioles accept. Merrifield is a fun player to own, but I'm concerned about his staying power in CF for the long haul. Albies is my 2B for the future, so moving Merrifield made sense. Hoping Swaggerty can stick in center.

i thought about that afterward. I was going to pay it but am I over the cap? My spreadsheet doesnt come out right sometimes, but its showing I'm under .25 right now for me.

I will drop another guy then. Sorry about that. Totally forgot that Palanco just put me right at the cap with that trade. Only need 1 mil so it will be easy to get under.

With both Lin and Heredia dropped I think that slips me just under with .05 cap space Didnt realize Palanco was at 5+ mil from the last trade. sorry again.
