This trade may look bad depending on who’s judging it, but man it could look downright embarrassing next year at this time. However, I’m at worst tentative and at best excited about the deal for me. I’ve got pretty decent MiLB depth and a logjam at middle infield.
Really trying to push up my timeline for competing. I hope that I’m taking smart steps in accomplishing that goal with the Bell/Machado/Berrios acquisitions added to my potential stars maturing in the minors. Fingers crossed that Sev comes back as the stud I know he is.
