Roupp has great makeup, knows how to pitch and is a likely eventual starter in a great organization. He was a guy I thought was super highly underrated, but I figured it was worth taking a chance on an arm with huge strikeout potential in Boyle, even if he's likely to be a high leverage bullpen arm if he can learn to throw strikes. Roupp's arsenal tends to appeal to me more than Boyle's, just being so well-rounded, but I'm chasing some upside here.

Uh yeah what he said above, I like Roupp , I feel like I had enough RP type prospects already .
That 80 grad FB is still there for a higher ceiling with Boyle and he is still in SP role as of now though, will be interesting to see results
