Perdomo was wasting on my roster with Wander Franco in my line up and needed a little more versatility, Toman also gives me some corner INF prospect depth that I was lacking.  Orioles agree, thanks for the talks Phillies.

Phillies accept. Thanks for the deal, Justin. It was quick and to the point. Kim was someone I actually low key planned to keep around for a while as an affordable utility piece, but I finally managed to find a high upside and talented spec arm in Hence. Had room to move Toman with my bevy of SS/future 3B specs.


Hope that STL can rediscover their farm magic in developing specs.
