- Teams have (8) hours to make a selection
- After (8) hours, teams will be skipped and the draft will continue
- Teams who miss their pick can select from the available players, any point thereafter, as long as the draft is still ongoing
- If the team on the clock still hasn't made their previous selection, their current draft pick will be auto-skipped as well
- The draft timer will pause from 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM EST each night. Selections can still be made during this time, but the 8-hour timer will not be in effect
- After each draft pick, owners are expected to contact the next owner to inform them that they're on the clock
- Any International FA who signed between August 10, 2022 and August 2, 2023 is eligible to be selected in this year's FYPD
- The draft will continue until all picks are either completed or forfeited
- Owners are expected to include the player's name, round number and pick number in each post (eg 1.1 Dylan Crews)
- All undrafted players will be available on a first come, first serve basis exactly 24 hours after the draft has concluded
