Basically, we are trading their contracts to each other if preferred that way

there is not a rule against this, so i believe it to be valid. just like tag contracts can be moved

So a contract swap ultimately? In other words Dan is gaining Fujinimi till 2025 rather than losing him this year and Justin gaining Gallo till 2024 with the same reason.
