PHillies agree. This is a statement of faith in the Braves pitching staff and front office knowing what they're doing. Lopez has excellent stuff, and it's a flier on an unproven starting arm with a floor as a very productive reliever. Needed some arms for 2024 and beyond and like what Lopez could offer.
Knack is in a great org and just got added to the 40, but I don't know how confident I am he'll be a key contributor (and rids me of a piece of a bad trade from last year). Francisca, while undersized, has all the talent in the world but is a long way off and carries some risk that some of my other SS specs don't carry. I think Johnny got a couple of good ones when all is said and done; thank you Johnny/Pitt!
