Phillies will add Damiano Palmegiani to 40 man roster upon trade completion to make room in MILB for Roby.

I accept. Got some SP depth. I liked Roby as a prospect but he's been struggling so figured I can sell him to get a major league piece. Appreciate the deal Matt
