- Player Rater updated as of 9/22/24 (will finalize on 9/30/24)
- All 60 IL Players activated
- All 2024 Cap Space trades reset
- Expiring cap penalties/franchise tags removed
- Every player's service time increased by a default +1 years (will change once we update with official service times)
- Tag/V Contract eligibility added
- 2025 Draft Pick order finalized
Please keep in mind that all salaries/service times are NOT final, and subject to change. They will all be finalized in Nov/Dec, but wanted to give everyone an idea of what their cap situation will be like this off-season, hence the "soft" update)
